Pulse is Valemont’s internal sales tool, provided to authorized team members for company business only.

Acceptable use

  • Use Pulse only for your work at Valemont and only with accounts assigned to you.
  • Follow all calling and contact laws — including calling-hours and Do-Not-Call rules surfaced in the app — when contacting prospects.
  • Do not import contact lists you do not have the right to use, and do not export or share prospect data outside the company.
  • Keep your login secure; do not share access.

Data & monitoring

Activity in Pulse (including call recordings, synced emails, and session replay) may be reviewed for coaching, quality, and compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Pulse is provided “as is.” We may change, suspend, or remove access at any time. Access ends when your role with the company ends.
